Abstract submission is free and registration payment is not required at the time of submission.
All presenters of accepted abstracts are required to register and have paid the registration fee by 20 March 2026; otherwise, the abstract will be removed from the programme.
It is the submitter responsibility to ensure that all co-authors approve of the abstract submission, and potential presentation at CCPCC 2026.

Submission Guidelines
Format:
Only Original Articles are accepted.
Content Structure:
- Submissions must be in abstract format, ensuring originality, clear focus, objective content, and accurate data. They must not have been previously published in any peer-reviewed journal.
- First word and all major words (nouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs and pronouns) of the title should be capitalised, e.g. "Chest Pain Management in Elderly Patients in Hong Kong".
- Standard abbreviations should be used. Special or unusual abbreviation should be in parentheses after the term when it appears for the first time. Symbols should NOT be used.
Only Original Articles are accepted.
Content Structure:
- Background and Objectives: Briefly introduce the research background, objectives, and significance.
- Methods: Describe the study design, sample selection, data collection, and analytical methods.
- Results: Present the main research findings, including statistical data and figures/tables.
- Conclusion: State conclusions drawn based on the research results.
- Word Limit: The total word count for the abstract must not exceed 800 words (excluding figures/tables and references).
- Abstracts must be submitted via the Abstract Submission System before the submission deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.
Selection Criteria
Please note that abstracts submitted will be selected for oral presentation and poster display with reference to the following criteria:
- Relevance of the objectives to the key area chosen
- Applicability of the research
- Research originality/innovation
- Robustness of the methodology and conclusion
- Clinical and/or service enhancement
On-site Activities & Awards
Poster and Oral Presentation Session:
A total of 10 abstracts from the Hong Kong/ International stream will be shortlisted for on-site oral presentations and poster display in the Congress designated exhibition area. Presentations will be delivered in English.
Outstanding Abstracts Recognition:
Alongside with 10 shortlisted abstracts from the Mainland stream, 3 outstanding awards will be conferred. Upon authors’ consent, outstanding abstracts will be recommended for publication in Cardiology Plus.
Registration Waiver:
All first authors of selected abstracts above will receive full waiver of the conference registration fee.
A total of 10 abstracts from the Hong Kong/ International stream will be shortlisted for on-site oral presentations and poster display in the Congress designated exhibition area. Presentations will be delivered in English.
Outstanding Abstracts Recognition:
Alongside with 10 shortlisted abstracts from the Mainland stream, 3 outstanding awards will be conferred. Upon authors’ consent, outstanding abstracts will be recommended for publication in Cardiology Plus.
