Registration fees include the following entitlement:
- Admission to all main congress scientific sessions
- Admission to exhibition and poster area

Group Registration
- Groups are composed by 5 participants or more.
- Group leader should be registered and settled the group registration fee online.
- Please provide the attendee list by download the excel form and return the completed form to the Congress Manager by email to info@ccpcc2026hk.org.
Registration Policy
- FULL PAYMENT to the Congress Secretariat must be received in order to confirm your registration.
- Online payment by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard) and eWallet (AliPay and WeChat Pay) will be accepted.
- The concessionary rates are exclusively offered to Chinese Mainland Registrants, HK Students (Healthcare related Disciplines), and HA Staff. Valid proof of status may be requested onsite. Failure to provide proof may result in denial of entry or reclassification of the pass. This measure is intended to ensure fair access and prevent misuse.
- By participating at CCPCC 2026, you grant the organiser the right to use your personal data for the purposes of processing the registration and handling relevant matters relating to the CCPCC 2026. The personal data may be provided to authorized parties involving personnel, agents, advisers, auditors, contractors, sponsors and the service providers.
Cancellation Policy
- If, for any reason, the Organiser, or any part thereof, is prevented from being held, or the Organiser venue becomes unavailable, the Organiser may cancel or postpone the Congress. In such event, the Organiser shall not be responsible for delays, damage, loss, increased costs, or other unfavourable conditions arising by virtue thereof, and participants waive all or any claims for loss, expense or damage against the Organiser arising there from.
- No cancellation is accepted once your registration is confirmed.
- No refunds will be made for no show at the congress.
